The IAPEA news and photo excellence contests are open to any AP member in good standing listed in the Editor & Publisher yearbook as an Illinois newspaper, or considered by the Audit Bureau of Circulation to be an Illinois newspaper. The contest is open to entries from regular employees of AP member newspapers published between May 1, 2007, and April 30, 2008. Entries must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2008.
