Here are some of the e-mails from Gov. Rod Blagojevich's office related to hiring for state jobs that Dawn DeFraties and Michael Casey submitted Wednesday to the Civil Service Commission. DeFraties and Casey, former personnel managers at the Department of Central Management Services, were fired last spring by the Blagojevich administration for allegedly manipulating the hiring process. They have appealed to the commission to get their jobs back.
