Gov. Rod Blagojevich used his commerce department and its private contractors to drum up support for this week's bus tour touting his universal health care plan that would be financed with an $8.6 billion tax on most business transactions in the state.

This Illinois Covered script was sent to entrepreneurship centers and Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity regional managers to use when contacting businesses about the health care proposal.
